Bernard and I went on a road trip from Cape town into Namibia. It was an incredible journey with such diverse and incredible landscapes .

We had the best time together in the most beautiful, majestic and powerful place.

It truly is a photographer & travelers dream .

This is part 1 , Soussesvlei . the majestic red dunes, dune 45, the dead vlei & Sesriem canyon.

I photographed this beautiful friend & her pregnant tummy in the comfort of her own home. We played with lots of outfits and tried different spots around her garden. The sun was nearly setting , so there was a lovely afternoon light filtering through the trees. We were on the race against the setting sun , but i think this impromptu shoot was a beautiful success.

What a perfect morning we chose to photograph this maternity session. The sun was just breaking over the mountain , and allowing its beautiful rays to warm our bodies and uplift our souls.

We were working fast as a Misty cold front was moving in from the ocean , but to my delight , it became so magical down there, with the filtered light through the mist. just delicious.

The expectant parents were fully keen and ready to take some awesome photos. so they really were a pleasure to work with and so was their dog , Thatcher. He just loved posing for the camera.

We had a really great time , and with such high and happy energy we got some really beautiful photographs.

Ferne & Darran, what beautiful beings…

They got married on Saturday and it was truly the most magical wedding.

It was filled with the spirit of nature, completely outdoors & surround by magical moments.

A delicious picnic on the grass and dancing in a fairy circle under the stars.

I loved every moment and wished the night would never end.

I had the absolute pleasure in taking photos of this gorgeous and beautiful little boy at the age of 3 weeks.

The photo session was at their family home. We set up an indoor studio environment with a black backdrop to get the traditional black n white imagery and then we moved outdoors into the garden to really appreciate the beautiful warm and windless day.

We were able to have baby naked and amoungst nature .Which was beautiful.

A forest environment brings a magical and calming element to a family shoot.

There is so much to do and so many different angles and possibilities.

The kids love it , as it’s a big adventure.. as long as you play along.

This super lovely & happy family wanted a family photo shoot in the comfort of their home & garden.

It was a gorgeous drive up the West Coast and well worth the drive.

Sebastian is just such a handsome little boy , it was a pleasure shooting his portraits in a natural light setting of the garden.

I used a combination of natural light and flash for this session.

This beautiful family was visiting from abroad and wanted some images down on the beach in Cape Town.

It was a fun filled blissful Cape Town morning . We had a great time and got some great images!
