Professional outdoor family photography in Cape town
It seems the winter chill has lifted and everyone is ready to brave the early mornings, outdoor in nature again for their family portraits..
Faith and her family met me at the Porters Estate Market in Tokai for their family photography portrait.
They are a young and loving family and really wonderful to photograph:-) We had a great time together.
The morning was fresh & warm, the air was sweet with the smells of freshly baked breads, steaming coffess & delicious pancakes.
We shot in and around the forests and hills & really had a fun and relaxed time. Even considering we could here the sounds of a troop of baboons in the distance.
That made it even more adventurous I guess…
After our photo session , the family got to enjoy a stroll around the market and enjoyed their Saturday morning , with a renewed spirit and an excitement for their photos.
Faith was really happy with her images, saying that they were beautiful & exactly what they had wanted:-) We look forward to seeing their A1 canvas print.
Mother and Daughter family portraits
We had a wonderful morning in the magical meadows of Noordhoek.
This is my favorite place to shoot outdoor park portraits. Its so green , leafy and lined with 200 + year old oak trees , I believe these ancient trees hold so much wisdom and they must have seen so many families play under their grand old branches. I feel so grounded when near them as if they are guardians , watching over us , keeping us safe.
On Saturday, these grandfather trees got to see yet another family , living in love and I capturing it.
Photographing this mom & daughter was fun loving, They have such an amazing connection and I felt really great being in their presence.
It reminded me of that sacred and incredibly special bond that mom and daughter share. Thanks for letting me feel that .
I Photograph people, take professional families photos and creative children portraits through out the Western Cape.
