The Caribbean – Island Hopping in St Maarten
I had the opportunity to go and spend some family time in the Caribbean. My dad and little sister , Bo & her husband live in St Maarten.
They live on yachts and work either out at sea on the luxury yachts or work on land with wood and electrics.
I had not seen them for about 7 years . This trip was an experience of a lifetime.
I spent some good time in St Maarten with Dad and all the new found friends, and then it was time for Bo , Alan & I, to jump aboard a 28 foot tiny little sailing yacht and off we sailed ourselves into the great electric blue yonder for 3 blissful weeks of island hopping. The Caribbean is everything I ever fantasised about and more.
I hope to visit again soon .
